Comment: Chimney cap is badly cracked and needs replacement, and top four or five courses of brick need to be removed, cleaned and remorted in place. Point and cap of top 5 courses required. Front step brick work needs repair as brick planter has been removed leaving badly damaged wall. I have about 60 bricks from demoed planter which can be cleaned and reused for repair. Stairs need to be capped with sandstone or slate and thin set or quarter bricks installed on front of risers.
