He told me the charge for a service call up front ($69 which was slightly less than others advertised) and asked me about how the refrigerator was malfunctioning. He was able to come early the next morning; he was running slightly late and called from the road to alert me. He had the part in stock, unloaded and reloaded the refrigerator, and did the repair rapidly. He was courteous, professional and explained to me what was malfunctioning. Will definitely use him again."
