Jim proposed tuck-pointing the cracks and drilling holes in some blocks and filling them with concrete to strengthen the areas. He said the cracks didn’t impact the home’s integrity, but to ease our minds said we could hire a structural engineer to inspect the foundation. The engineer essentially concurred with Jim’s assessment and solution. We were extremely pleased with Aalcon’s work. We found Jim to be honest, knowledgeable, and reliable.
