"The quality of the work that was complete was excellent - our roof does not appear to be leaking any longer. But I would suggest getting everything in writing that is discussed during the free estimate. Not everything was included as discussed with the original estimate. I went with this company because, even though higher in price than another competitor, I felt I was getting an extremely thorough fix to my problem, with "beyond typical expectation" in finishing work. It didn't turn out as presented, and I ended up paying more for what this company repaired. Satisfied with the job; disappointed in the cost for what was done."

The GoodStuff associate repaired the roof right away with shingles he had in his truck. He returned later to replace those shingles with the correct color at my request plus replacing the previous poorly done repair. I'm confident that my roof is sound now, and the repair is barely noticeable. Excellent quality work, great communications regarding my options. I will call them directly in the future should Mother Nature hit me again. Very pleased!"
