"Jose was fantastic. He called me while I was still online looking at the information from ServiceMagic. This was around 4:00 on Friday afternoon. He explained to me what his business was and that he could be at the house the next day to check the problem. He told me what the cost would be for the first hour and any additional hours. He said he could call me when he was at the house and let me know what needed to be done. I told him I would not be available and he could do what he thought was necessary. We also arranged that the payment would be done through Pay Pal. When I returned home the next afternoon there was a recorded message from Jose telling me that the repair had been made.
