"It is early days yet - we are just in the preliminary stages of defining the project. However, I feel very comfortable with Mrs. Darrow - - she really listens, is very knowledgeable about handicapped accessibility, energy saving and green construction issues, and seems to be a creative problem solver. We have not finalized the house design at this point because we are still awaiting the surveyor's site maps (the lot in question presents some challenging terrain). She has also recommended an excellent designer for the kitchen and bathrooms in the house - - he did a much superior job to the firm that the contractor typically uses. "

"Very responsive. Communicated solely via email which was very beneficial to me. Emailed me CAD drawing in PDF files. I especially appreciate the phone call from vacation over Winter Break. It was a comfort to have a second opinion to my design builder's proposal. The only suggestion would be to accompany the drawings with some narrative, even in bullet form, to help read or interpret them more easily."
