They fixed the problem and didn't seem irritated by my initial skepticism but instead undertook some extra small checks on peripheral items sharing tips and maintenance thoughts. Cured a water pressure problem we had in the kitchen, and won a skeptic over. Sound work, professional, and positive, with transparency. Worth the price and saved time and trips to do it myself."
