"Tim came just at the time he said he was going to come. He was efficient, reasonable, and the carpets are awesome! We have already made an appointment for next spring. Something else he did; when he was pouring the water from the carpet cleaning machine into our toilet in the basement of our building, he noticed water coming out from under it and water bubbling in the sink adjacent to it. He told me that I should call a plumber and tell him I needed a wax ring. We did just that on the same day. The result was that we got clean carpets AND a plumber to fix a problem we didn't know we had until Tim told us. Kudos to Tim!"
