When Scott and his employee came to install our new furnace and air conditioner, they were quick, efficient, and we hardly noticed they were here.They took great care of our home and Scott offered explanations along the way of what they were going to do. "TDH replaced our 40 year old 60% efficient furnace with a new 95% AFUE Goodman model with 10 year warranty. I found Tim Hancz, owner, who provided the price quotation & coordinated communication, very easy to work with, quickly replying to e-mail messages and phone calls. His crew executed a very professional looking installation and left the worksite neat and clean. While I occasionally found the crew a bit difficult to understand due to our divergent accents, they were equally easy to work with, answering questions and making adjustments as requested."
