"I hired Alan Moersfelder to diagnose the source of a crack in the ceiling of my home. Alan was very prompt with respect to responding to my inquiries. Alan was also very professional. I did not hire Alan's company (Encompass Technologies) for the repair. I received quotes from 4 other companies that were much lower than Alan's. Alan's suggestions for repair were probably more extensive than what was required. (You can't evaluate a 1950's home based on 2010's standards.) Alan was also fairly expensive. It cost over $400.00 for an evaluation that took less than 1 hour."
