Our issue was a bit more involved than I had anticipated and he took the necessary steps to not only fix the problem but to insure that should there be an issue in the future the drain would be much more accessible. Not an emergency, but arranged appointment for next morning. When rainfall created emergencies for other customers, called to see if he could delay our a couple of hours - showed concern for us and other customers. Showed up at a convenient time on same day. Ran into unexpected problem due to incorrectly installed pipe. Found solution. Worked longer than he estimated. Held to his original price without being asked.
