"I couldn't say enough about how helpful and kind Paul was. He left me an email the night I contacted him through Servicemagic and the next day he spoke for over 30 min. with me over the phone, answering all my questions. He didn't stop me and suggest he make a site visit to charge me, he just went on helping me understand my situation. Paul has to be by far one of the most knowledgeable people on both the handling of environmentally hazardous material as well as federal, state and municipal codes governing it.
