"The only problem I had is that the dead bolt lock seemed cheap. I wasn't able to be there when my father had the lociksmith over. My dad is disabled with MS and he does alot of things alone. I definitely would have asked him if the dead bolt lock would be as good as the lock we had previously? It worked out. The work was done properly and my dad is safe. I do recommend Crane, but please ask about the quality of the lock."

Only down side was that he was constantly on the phone arranging other work. Would prefer he waited until he wasn't right in front of me. "
