"Extremely pleased with the contractor and best project experience so far with any contractor as a home owner. Work involved building retaining walls 50 ft + and 3 - 4.5 ft high, grading, patio, put vinyl fence on top of the wall to enclose patio area, make walkway with stairs to connect driveway & patio area at the back. Positives ---------- 1) Good pricing 2) Quality of work 3) Flexible, good listener, accepting change of plans without creating big issues 4) present at work on schedule, did not leave job and disappear 5) does multiple things, many other wall/patio contractors refused fence work"
