"I was very pleased with the overall service. The workers were professional and did an excellent job fixing my front stairs. They came at the scheduled time and cleaned up after themselves. Phone calls were returned promptly and I was not charged additional money even though more work was needed than originally discussed in the estimate.I was out doing lawn work and I have already received a complement on the work that was done. "They came right out and were courteous and their quote was reasonable. What sold us was their 5 year warranty on their work. We had several issues with the actual design that the workers and Russ took the time to work with us on, actually starting the project over twice. When the finished product wasn't what was originally discussed with us, Russ took it upon himself to come over on a Saturday morning to see how we could be happy. All 3 brothers were physically on-site at some point. One night, they stayed until past 7pm to finish what was promised. The finished product, though a bit more $, is BEAUTIFUL. We'd definitely use them again."
