"Excellent service! Needed analysis of lally columns and beams in basement to determine if it would be possible to remove some to open the space for a finished basement. Mr. Gutt called and came promptly and provided his analysis very timely and at a good price. He worked with me to go over my options for replacing the existing steel beam with LVL lumber so the lally columns in question could be removed. Gave me exact instructions on what would need to be done by a contractor. Also while on-site identified issues with my poured concrete foundation and porch and told me how and why to correct the issue. Thank you Mr. Gutt!"
