"I made the initial call to R&R who then said they'd get back to me when the technican was avilable. WIthin 30 minutes, they returned the call to set up an appointment time for the service. The technician, Scott, arrived when expected and has sufficient tools to diagnose the problem and brought the right spares to fix the problem. He also completely removed the skins / panels from the heater and did a thorough cleanup and inspection of the gas and heat exchanger systems. Within and hour, the job was finished and the heater is working properly again. He cleaned the work area and left it looking good. The price for the job was reasonable."
