"I called John at about 8 AM on a Saturday morning after a Friday night sewer line back-up. He was at my house, as promised, by 10 AM, and took care of the problem. His price was $125 less than what I was quoted by another for a Saturday "emergency" visit. I would call him again (though of course hope I do not need to), would recommend him, and will likely call him again for a preventive sewer line cleaning in about a year."
