Comment: I had a leak on the second floor that caused large water stains on the 1st floor kitchen ceiling. In addition, there are sections of the ceiling that are sagging. I believe the current ceiling is horse-hair plaster & lathing, and I'd like to go right over it with drywall and a skim coat.
