"This was one of our best experiences ever with a service professional. First, he was able to come quickly (only a day or so after our request) and was right on time. We have a weird angled stairwell with spindles on one side and what we thought was an undrillable wall on the other side. We really thought it might be impossible to install a safety gate, but Mr. Connelly figured out very quickly how to do it; he had all the parts with him that he needed, and in less than an hour flat we had a gate that we have been extremely happy with for 4 months now and counting.
