Project: Eliminate Toxic Materials or Mold
City: Boston, MA
"I hired Jim Crowley of clean Air Services to repair/remediate water damage and mold in 2 separate areas, the basement and the front entrance to the house.Everyone was professional and competent in removing the mold and retesting to be sure it was gone. However, they were not competent as carpenters and butchered the wood moldings around the windows and front door (nails bent over and just hammered in; nails put in at the wrong angle so that they splintered the board perpendicular, rough replastering.)Jim Crowley promised to correct everything to my satisfaction - which they did, but I had to make three additional trips to this vacation house and the project lasted another three weeks. I highly recommend them for mold removal, but if the work disrupts an area that has fine finish carpentry, get your own carpenter."
