"This was a pre-sale home inspection for a 2-family, 3-storey house. Stephen came to the house in advance, and started the inspection. He was thorough and effcient. He answered all of our questions, and gave advise beyond what's required. He didn't appear rushing, but we were done in 2 hours. One thing that could have been better - he identified evidence of moisture in the basement, put it on the report, but didn't talk to us about it (maybe because this is common). Overall - great value ($425) - would recomment him to anyone. (Others tried to charge $600 for this)"
