"The initial consultation was very easy with Michael making all the measurements and putting together suggestions at our home using the CAD system so we could discuss. The quote came in with the suggested drawings in a timely manner. We were able to make modifications by exchanging suggestions via email and he sent a final drawing for the closet design that we approved. On installation day, he showed up and installed the closet quickly and with minimal disruption to us. He was neat and despite crummy weather kept all the snow, dirt, and sand out of the house. We are very pleased with the work and recommend New England Closet Design, LLC."
