Comment: Ceiling fan is unbalanced. Power goes to fan if you pull string but fan can't turn on its own. Needs to be rebalanced somehow.

Comment: First the pull chain which controls the light broke - it's completely stuck - so we couldn't turn off the light unless we unscrewed the bulbs. However, NOW the light won't work at all. Tried new lightbulbs but it's not working. The fan part works fine - pull chain is good and it turns on no problem.
