From what I've seen of his pricing, work ethic, and overall sensibilities, I'll also gladly use him for any larger building projects I find myself in a position to have done. Chris installed deadbolts in 4 steel-wrapped doors, replaced the half-broken light over my garage, and fixed two broken kitchen drawers. All work was completed in a timely, professional, thoroughly competent manner at the quoted price and under the designated parts budget. Win-win!"
