"I highly recommend this plumber. I had an energy efficient Tankless Water Heater installed and the old one removed. He did a great job and at a better price than my other estimates. He and his crew were on time and did the job in less time than estimated. They introduced themselves to me, and as a woman I find that courteous and respectful. "Couldn't hire Welch because the issue I was having was technical (computer chip) vs. a "plumbing" issue, and I had to wait for a part to ship from the manufacturer -- it wasn't something a plumber could do. However, I would definitely call Welch in the future and Gary made every effort to help even though we weren't officially a customer. Thanks, Gary! He went out of his way to find information for us."
