"Price was good and the work was quality however communication between site manager and project manager was lacking. The project manager never pulled a permit (which was part of the contract price and a local requirement) until we insisted on the day of installation after the site manager let the crew start working."

"The project was to re-shingle 1/3 of my house, and fix a valley that was giving me problems. Customer service was excellent and the crew very professional. The roofers completed the job in one full day and the dumpster was removed within a week. I did have a leaking skylight (an old style that another contractor didn't want to touch). Sturdy's crew came out the day after I called to make repairs, and provided nothing but the best service until it was fixed. They even called me after it rained to confirm if it was fixed. I will call Sturdy when I'm ready to re-shingle the rest of the house."
