"I was on edge not knowing what the outcome of my service would be; would it work or wouldn't it work? I must say, I am quite satisfied with my insulation service (dense packing of my ceiling with cellulose). Mind you, I can still hear my neighbors on top of me, however, it's a more muffled sound than before. There's definitely a difference than what it was before. I really appreciate JC Home Care's honesty with respect to the expectations they set for me.They told me up front that it was a 50/50 that this would work.
