"Actual price was $1,000 more than the in home estimated quote. Items were broken but because I packed them it was not covered under insurance even though it was through their handling it broke. I was told all furniture would be shrink wrapped and/or wrapped in blankets but not everything was wrapped. They prefer and even pushed for a cash payment which seemed a little off to me and even gave me a difficult time when I brought up using a credit card. They were not well prepared as they said they "didn't have (or couldn't find) the good tape and had to use the bad tape" to wrap up the furniture that they did actually wrap. "
