"They did a great job at a very good price. However, there were problems with obtaining quotes for some additional work. I had asked about having wooden storm windows repaired and painted. After agreeing to do the work and promising to provide a quote multiple times over the past 7 months, they still have have not provided a quote for that work. I also requested a quote for some other work to be done similar to the original work, but their quote was more than double and therefore too high. I have much lower quotes from other contractors."
