Comment: I am the real estate project manager. We have several vacant lots that we plan to build homes on. I have two pressing issues which are: 19-23 Victoria Avenue which is a vacant lot on the corner of Victoria and Cutler (needs trash, tree branches, debris removed and the weeds/grass cut) and 73 Stone Street (needs any trash removed and weeds/grass cut). The other properties are: 31 Oraton Street, 310 Summer Avenue, and 75 Mt. Prospect Avenue that need the same attention but not as urgently. I am looking for a one time cleanup estimate and then a periodic (once a month?) clean up/vegetation trimming estimate in order to keep the properties out of the notice of code enforcement.
