"Milan Fink and his crew did a very good job and accommodated my special requests. Milan was the only contractor who noticed the cracked concrete apron beneath the deck which needed to be replaced. Thus, he did concrete work before building the deck. He also offered alternative building materiala. We chose natural cedar, less costly than the composite material others recommended. My failure to discuss the space between railings meant that the openings were too wide in my opinion. The contractors put additional "spindles" between those already installed though I had to pay for material.The result is attractive and makes the deck safe."
