"They inspected and cleaned the fireplace, and identified why we were smelling smoke in the room behind the fireplace, and have arranged to fix the problem. We hired them to fix the problem (remortar the smoke box) but that has not rectified the problem. We have recontacted the Company, and will further update this review upon its response."
