"George called us just moments after we submitted the 1-800-contractors form, even though it was after-hours on a Friday night. He was helpful on the phone and set up an appointment for first thing Monday morning. They arrived bright and early (as scheduled), and seemed very competent. George was also patient and helpful in answering all of our questions (we got new whole-house surge protectors since a power surge blew out the old ones, plus one of our outlets needed replacing due to the power surge). Should the need arise, we would definitely call GSW again."
