"Initially, we were told the pool would be completed in 2 - 3 weeksl.The project started off very well. They worked every day for almost two weeks and then just disappeared. for a week. That caused the concrete work to be delayed so that it was 6 weeks before the deck was poured. The office staff made promises that the field people were unable to fulfill. They did a terrible job regrading the yard when they finished and we are still waiting for them to return and redo it. The pool itself is very nice and they did a good job on the installation. Because of these issues I would be hesitant to recommend this company."
