"They responded quickly, the technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and stayed at my home until the problem was diagnosed. This had been an ongoing problem from more than 3 years that other companies looked at and unable to locate any problem. The part was order and this company kept me updated on the status. They promptly scheduled a visit once the part arrived. The Heat Pump has operated without issue since repaired. I was ready to replace the entire unit because of the lingering issues, knowing this One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning diagnosed and repaired my existing equipment. Hats off to this company! "
