"I first went on Service Magic at 6 am and having never used it before, I didn't know just how quickly someone would respond. A/C responded within 10 min. :) I originally had called for a refrigerator problem and after talking with him, he said he didn't think it was something that required repair and he didn't want to come out, not be able to duplicate the problem (because it was a sporadic noise), and then charge me for nothing. I liked that! He said to just watch it and call him if thigns started going down hill. A week later our LG washer went on the fritz. I called him and he was able to send someone out THAT DAY! Jose was AWESOME!!"
