"The only reason I didn't rate Windowpro a 5 star is because one appt. was set for the company to return to replace a part. Windowpro thought they had the part in storage and they didn't. They had to order it. Guess what? No one ever informed me of that fact. The day of the appt. I wondered why the repaired hadn't shown up. When I called the company, that is when I found out that another appointment had to be set. Overall, they repaired my window to my satisfaction."
