"From what I can tell, the gentlemen did a good job. For the cost, I was expecting the chimney to be swept, as opposed to just the flute (vacumned). I have a smoke stack with a covering to keep birds and debris out, so there was not an actual chimney sweeping. They did however, inspect the chimney and the stack, vacumne out the chimney/flute (from the inside), and cleaned up behind themselves. They were very attentive and polite. I do however, feel that the cost was a little steep for what they actually did."
