"We are extremely happy with our new garage, and have been very pleased with our choice of Tidwell Brothers Construction. Rick Tidwell was very good about keeping us updated and informed. Any sub-contractor they used was professional and quick, and we were especially impressed with the concrete company that did our foundation and retaining wall. There was only one cost that was not included in the original bid, and that was something the city imposed in the permit process. It was the only difference between the original quote and the final bill. The garage looks like it has always been here, and really, what more could we ask?"

Comment: I had difficulty finding the category. I have a double car garage that is 25 years old, uninsulated, unlined with any kind of wall surface. It has cedar siding on the outside walls and studsshowing inside. I would like to have the ceiling and outside walls lined with bat insulation covered with an unpainted inexpensive sheet, like pressed wood filberboard 4x8 sheets or similar, but not drywall. The existing lights will need to be moved I think.
