"Very professional from start to finish, reasonably priced, and quite knowledgeable. I had been told by a different company that it'd cost me a lot more to replace the motor because my unit was old and odd-sized (if they could even find a replacement), or they'd have to cut a bigger hole and replace the whole attic fan. But Exceptional knew how to replace the unit without even going up on my roof. This eliminated the worry of possible leakage due to shingles getting damaged during the process of replacing the fan.
