Comment: About 10 years ago, my son-in-law and friends decided to rewire my house for meand update all the outlets grounded outlets. He finished up all the rooms in the house except the family room, kitchen, and a small rooom that I used as my office. The electric panel was upgraded from Federal Pacific to GE (I think). and most of the circuits upgraded to at least 20 amps. The electrician would be expected to run new romex to one fixture located in the eaves in the front of the house to a switch in the Foyer and from there to an outlet in the outside wall wall of the garage. In all this time, I have not located the outside of the panel box. Of course visual inspection of the project would be necssary for the electrician to estimate the job.
