"He was very good about checking the color with my husband on the color of the floor once he had tried a stain. So he waited to go forward and that was great. He also over charged us by $19.50. He called to apologize and said that he would drop off cleaning supplies to cover that difference in balance. We would have not even known that was the case. He was very honest. One small thing, there was one small piece of wood that probably needed his attention but didn't get it. That wasn't necessarily his fault. "
