"We relocated to Austin and our back door lock was stuck. Having no contacts in Austin, I googled "locksmiths, family owned, BBB, good service" and Gary's family owned, active BBB member with no complaints came up. I had contacted two locksmiths before I found Amazing Locksmith and they had quoted very high service charges and could not tell me what they thought the problem was or if they could come out the same day. When I spoke directly with Gary he diagnosed the problem and the service charge was acceptable. It was late Friday afternoon but he and his son came out and fixed our lock and checked and adjusted all our locks. Professionals!"
