"I place the request on line Sunday Easter, I received an auto confirmation through my email on Sunday. Monday morning I received a phone call concerning my request asking when would be a good time to take a look at the project. A later follow-up to confirm that they were enroute and I meet them at my home. These gentle were prompt, professional and on task. I purchased a 2006 Damon Motorcoach and recently moved in full time we have three TV 2 analog 1 HD outside in the basement as we call it the outside TV was never attached properly. They did an outstanding job they will return to replace the analog TV's"
