"jUSTIN FROM rAIN Catchers called me within minutes of my Servicemagic search I was very busy at the time and asked him to call back and he did. He diagnosed my problem on the phone and then came out the next day to assess and give me an estimate. I had a roofer her at the time and he had told me the same thing Justin had said on the phone. Before I had hired him he fixed something he saw,bands that weren't fastened down causing my gutters to sag. The estimate was excellent and we set a time within days to get the job done. He showed and got the job done. For the first time since my gutters were installed I don't have waterfalls!"

"The job was completed on time and at the estimated cost. Installation of two seamless gutters (53' & 63') and four 3"x4" downspouts was excellent. Additionally, one new gutter was tied-in with an existing gutter that required replacement and relocation of an existing downspout. Also, a rain collection system was tied-in to one the new downspouts. All phone calls and emails were responded to promptly and professionally. "

"The price was better than the other 2. They finished the first day except for a few downspouts, I payed them in full. They came back the next day and completed. After i inspected the work i called them back because one downspout to the right of the front entry of the house was out of level by a 1/4 of a bubble. I have have called them back 3 times now and they keep assuring me they will come back and fix. I was told the last time that they had a crew coming either yesterday or today to do some other work in my neighborhood. I would recommend not to pay in full until fully satisfied."
