"I received a call the day before asking for a 9 AM start, not 8 AM. I had someone else at the house for the repair. They did not show until 10:00 AM. I had to have someone else come in because the first person had to leave before they were finished (just a few minutes, but they had someone picking them up who couldn't wait). They said that someone quit on them that morning, so I appreciate that the work was covered/done, but I think that rescheduling might have been an option they didn't try. Work was to repair the gas fireplace. I have not yet used it. Both women who were my "stand ins" commented on the courtesy and cleanliness."
