"This was my first time using Service Magic and I am very pleased with the quality and timeliness of the services I received. Next Generation Electric sent out "Vinnie" and he was EXCELLENT! Vinnie took the time to explain each of the following areas: service/equipment/maintenance. He made sure the security lights worked, fixed a light that was not on the original order and offered suggestion on how to bring my house up to code. He was VERY professional, friendly and he even cleaned up the areas where he drilled with his vacuum. Vinnie even called today to make sure everything was to my liking. Excellent work Vinnie!
