"The excellent female repair person got in touch with me immediately, made an appointment and kept it on time. She came back several times to complete the job. There was a lot to be done as rats had eaten through the wiring and used the insulation to make nests. It was a very small space to work in and very unpleasant but she got the job done. She says she loves her job and takes pride in her work. What more could you ask for?"
