"We talked over the phone. He came the same day (SATURDAY) and looked over the work. He was really nice and knowledgeable then he came in to install the next day on SUNDAY! Which was a big deal for me because I was just moving in to my new apartment and I needed to watch football ASAP. The price was almost half of any other competitor that I got a quote from and then he is giving me a discount on future services!! Any time in the future I won't even waste time calling anyone else."
